Job Responsibilities:
- Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles and job requirements for vacant positions
- Sourcing potential candidates through various methods such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial phone interview
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels
- Tracking and reporting weekly and monthly recruitment status.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology
- Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Experience in plantation industry is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Familiar with behavioral event interview technique and psychological tools
- Excellent in provide recruitment report in details, proactive and self-starter
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan (Head Office)
