Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma
- Minimum 5-7 year handling payroll
- Have experience payroll in Plantation and control for all payroll Site
- Expert in BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (reconciliation )
- Understanding of Indonesian regulation regarding salary structure , compensation & benefit
- Understanding and familiar calculating employee tax article 21
- Expert using MS Office / Excel (formula)
- Familiar using HRIS Payroll
- Willing travel to site
Job description :
- Responsible to handling payroll for site
- Make sure calculation payroll all site run well and if any changes salary & benefit must supporting Data as evidence (without evidence do not process until get Evidence)
- Responsible propose monthly payment & benefit for all employee ( site) to Finance Department
- Monthly Salary payment
- Monthly payment BPJS KESEHATAN & BPJS KETENAGA KERJAAN
- Monthly Income Tax article 21
- Compensation termination ( Finish contract – terminated – reduced – retired )
- Make sure calculation and payment for termination are correct as Indonesian government regulation and PKB and proposed payment to finance Department after Management approval
- Make sure salary payment on time as company schedule
- Analyse salary month to month
