Job Description:
- Provide first point of contact advice on the interpretation of awards and legislation and the application of industrial instruments escalating requests.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees and management.
- Conducting investigations into employee misconduct or violations of company policies
- Provides counsel to workers regarding company and governmental policies, regulations, and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate at least possess bachelor’s degree majoring law, human resources management or related field.
- At least 2 years of working experiences in related scope (Industrial Relation) from any industries, media industry will be value added.
- Must be able to do multi-tasking in HR process.
- Has strong knowledge and experience in Industrial Relation and other related legislation.
- Good communication skills.
