Job Description
- Coordination with third party (outsource) to follow up the staffing needs of the company, expecially for Sales position.
- Ensure to use the right criteria to find the best candidates.
- Planning the interview and selection process including screening calls and interviews with user
- Use professional networking sites and social media platforms to get in touch with the best available candidates.
- Design Job Vacancy for social media platform
- Maintenance social media
- Support internal project, Job Fair, Walk in Interview
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (Fresh Graduate are very welcome to apply)
- Understand the recruitment process (end-to-end recruitment)
- Have a knowledge in Telco company
- Have an excellent communication skill
- Familiar with Ms Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Familiar with Canva, AI
- Work location at Menteng, Central Jakarta
- Contract with third party
