JOB DESC :
1. Monitoring recruiters plan in accordance with MPP and request for fulling manpower needs
2. Control and monitor job advertisement posted on online job application media
3. Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
4. review and report all talent acquisition and selection reports and provide recommendations / solutions to the recruitment process performance.
5. Managing the applicant data bank on a regular basis and raises reports from staff to manager level
6. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and fit with the organization’s values and culture
7. Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants
8. Keep updating on industry trends and best practices and apply them to improve recruitment strategies and processes
9. Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
Qualification :
1. Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment as Supervisor.
3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies and processes.
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
5. Ability to think creatively, develop innovative recruitment strategies and work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
