Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibility:
- Manages all functions associated with the administration of and employee benefits program, include Health benefits, BPJS, Insurance, Perdiem, Loan, Salary Advance, Health Assistance, Leave record & reconciliation, Contractor’s timesheets.
- Manage insurance registration and payment processing.
- Provide direction to HR staff responsible for processing benefit transactions.
- Input all benefits data into HR system; and update.
- Updating records/documents into personal files.
- To check and to ensure all claims and invoices from third parties/contractor are correct, valid supporting documents and according to the company regulation/policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any field).
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required (such as Personnel and Human resources, Compensation and benefits, Law and Government, or Taxation).
- Accustomed to doing HR General Administration.
- Strong computational ability.
- Computer literate (Ms. Word and Excel).
- Ability to communicate, write and analyze in good English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Able to work independently on tasks at hand as well as in a team.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to details.
