Create and provide soft-skills training curriculum and modules (exp. Leadership, Communication Skills, Strategic and Critical Thinking) Maintain e-learning system and evaluate all training program

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree from Management, Psychology/Training

– Experience 2 years as soft-skill trainer

– Fluent in English is a must

– Have excellent skills in video editing applications for training contents and having knowledge how to create end to end podcast as micro learning is an advantage

– Conduct classes in an atmosphere that promotes caring and respect

– Understand the needs of and sensitivity to culturally diverse populations

– Placement: Bintaro – Tangerang Selatan
