Job Description:
- Monitoring employee absences and payroll
- Understand payroll system is a must
- Perform administrative processes related to HR (employee database input, document checking, document filing, and others)
Requirements:
- Minimum have 1 years of experience handling payroll, calculation
- Bachelor’s Degree, Accounting, Management SDM, or equivalent
- Preferably have experience in HRIS and Payroll Information System
- Proficient in using Ms Office application : Word, Excel (Pivot, Vlookup)
- Detail-Oriented
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Highly Motivated with spirit to learn new things
- Good problem solving, analytical thinking, and communication skill
- Domiciled in Jakarta
