Requirements:
- Maximum 26 years old.
- Bachelor Degree from Psychology major.
- Have 2 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (end to end process).
- Have experience in talent or people development (doing assessment and making talent pool).
- Accustomed to handle walk-in interviews (experience interviews many applicants in one day).
- Must have knowledge and experience for conduct and scoring psychological test.
- Must have skill to administrated document or data from interview and assessment process (such as use Microsoft Office).
- Have a active communication and good self-bearing.
- Can work with team, on target and fast pace.
- Willing to work fully on-site at Head Office PT. KKI and Able to do the Recruitment process in the Head Office Remboelan Group.
- Already vaccinated dose 3/1st booster (minimum doses 2 with e-ticket first booster vaccine from satu sehat).
Job Descriptions:
As Recruiter
- Conducting selection and recruitment based on department HO or Operational needs (from the interview process, psychological test and arrange contract process).
- Make updates and estimates of annual, semester, monthly and bi-weekly MPP (Power Planning).
- Make reports for company turnover.
- Make reports for recruitment and selection lead time (RSL) including interview candidate process report.
As Talent Development
- Responsible for carrying out activities of development programs, assessment programs and other employee development programs according with the needs and targets company.
- Selecting employees who have the potential to participate in the assessment process.
- Make reports on the results of activities of development programs and assessment programs.
