SKILL & REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years proven experience in recruitment
- Minimal D3/S1
- Fluent in English speaking & written
- Other Language skill e.g Mandarin is a plus point
- Excellent interpersonal, attitude and communication skills.
- Negotiation and logic skills.
- A goal-orientated approach to work.
- Good ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Good ability to meet deadlines and targets.
- Attention to Detail.
- Good Judge of Character.
- Have a broad networking channel
Main responsibilities:
- Receiving requests from department for new job availability.
- Creating job postings and Advertising job availability through online channels and other media.
- Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates.
- Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants.
- Organizing interviews.
- Negotiating offer.
- Guide new join for onboarding & orientation (ID Card, Contract, Cargo Orientation).
