- Responsible for Organization Development
- Ensuring manpower planning in accordance with the needs and strategic direction of the company.
- Handling end-to-end recruitment
- Carrying out the Training Needs Analysis process and developing a Training and Development activity program for the company.
- Become a company facilitator in managing Performance Management by assisting unit and individual KPI settings.
- Managing and monitoring employee performance through a system
- Mapping and placing appropriate human resources in the organization (through rotation, transfer, and promotion processes).
- Responsible for the entire administrative process related to HR management.
- Carrying out all activities related to Industrial Relations (completion of contracts, termination of employment, sanctions, etc.).
Requirement
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or another related field.
- Have work experience as HR Supervisor for at least 2 years.
- Understand the implementation of HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
- Have the ability to manage Compensation and Benefit
- Understanding Performance Management System
- Have the ability in the field of Industrial Relations & Employee Engagement
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang
