What you will do :
- Create Job Advertisements on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms
- Utilize different channels to source and shortlist potential candidates to fulfill a vacant position
- Manage schedule for work-sample test and interview and reference checks on selected candidates
- Assist the onboarding process for new hires
- Contribute to enhancing the organization’s employer branding activities to attract top talent
What you need :
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from Psychology with min, GPA 3.00
- Experienced in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in FMCG industry at least 1-2 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
