Content Growth, and Content Creator Partnership:
- Create and implement content creator partnership strategy
- Actively seeking professional instructor/ content creator willing to put their content/ online courses in GreatNusa
- Create promotion channel to ensure the acquisition of instructor/ content creator. Incl: “Content Creator Page”, or any online & offline channel most appropriate
- Create and maintain partnership database
- Analyze partnership database for further decision making
- Sign agreement & manage content creator rights and obligations including revenue sharing proportion (depending on the package agreed)
- Create and maintain a plan to increase content creator user experience (in collaboration with Content Curation & Quality Assurance Section Head)
- Create and implement content creator engagement program alongside with Content Curation & Quality Assurance Section Head
- Coordinate and work together with marketing team in creating a marketing program/ brand to attract content creator
- Coordinate required research to gain better understanding of trending topics for content
- Maintain content creator level of satisfaction
- Ensure and maintain content creator production level
Operations Coordination:
- Initiate and coordinate teams, work groups, partner/ content creator in all phases of content production.
- Ensure update record and documentation process (e.g., partner database, agreement database, payment/ revenue sharing, minutes of meeting, report, etc.)
- Ensure effective agreement signing process and partner revenue sharing process.
Relationship Management:
- Identify and implement strategies to strengthen the position of the GreatNusa content quality among other competitors with similar services.
- Develop activities to enhance understanding on customer’s need and opinion.
- Build and maintain relation with various institutions to gain professionally experienced instructor/ Content Creator.
- Attend scheduled meetings with partners as required and conduct field study when required.
- Ensure effective good relations and communication with former and future clients.
- Management Support Activities:
- Provide Report to direct Supervisor
- Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System
- Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Work Exposure/ Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in Senior Staff level position
- Minimum 4 years of working experience
- Special Skill:
- Experience as consultant/ business development/ marketing
- Experience in education products/ services is a plus
