Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and deliver training programmes;
- Follow up on Management training activities and departmental training;
- Track overall training and training results;
- Prepare and update training tools;
- Coordinate external training;
- Market training activities in-house;
- Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation;
- Develop effective induction programmes for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees;
- Create and/ or deliver a range of training using classroom, online and blended learning;
- Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals/ training material, going to meeting and attending relevant invitation socialization from Insurance Organization (AAUI/ Insurance University/ Academy);
- Monitoring and following up on Key Performance Indicators Employees.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma Degree in Training & Development, Psychology, Human Resources, English or related discipline.
- At least 5 years working experience in General Insurance with exposure to training, talent development programs and online learning programs.
- At least 2 years of working experience in People Development Supervisor in General Insurance.
- Good planning, organizing and analytic skills.
- Excellent presentation, administration skills, facilitation, communication and interpersonal skill.
- Having proven track records in delivering training or learning development program.
- Ability to work in dynamic team environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft office environment (Word, Powerpoint, especially with Excel).
- Detail and target oriented person.
- Good and effective leadership, problem solving & decision making.
- Able to work individually and in team.
