- Significant experience in Training and Development (L&D) area in the automotive companies
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Training & Development area
- Passionate about people, strong ad clear communication to all employee’s levels
- Has strong network of training vendors
Role and Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the implementation of overall training plans and programs to ensure the fulfillment of people development need across all departement and levels in Company. This is including :
- Training Need Analysis
- Training Plan and Budget
- Training implementation (online and offline)
- Training mentoring and evaluation
