Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in Psychology, HR Management or Economics.
· Have 2 years of work experience in recruitment & selection and/or training & development.
· Have strong analytical ability and high attention to details.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
