- Preparing and organizing collecting assessment KPI periodically.
- Preparing online learning
- Developing coaching and mentoring to support employee development and the achievement of personal development plans
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering or Human Resources Management.
- More than 3 years of Training and People Development experience.
- Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and externally.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Mandarin proficiency in oral and written
