Job Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree from any major
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Have minimal 2 year as HR Generalist would be advantage
- Excellent in English
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimum awareness of Human Capital policies and regulations.
- Guarantee operational and service excellence in Human Capital Representative Department.
- Serve as liaison in terms of Human Capital policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports regarding Staff Absence, Staff Leave, and Formalities, Maintain all necessary records and file to support review/audit (Staff Leave Request & Approval, Brief Absence, Insurance Medical Forms)
- Process document and forms necessary for the implementation of various. Human resources policies, programs, plans, procedures, and practices.
- Settlement of Business trip or other expenses for employee working application process.
