Job Description :
- Assist HR & GA manager/ Dept Head work related to HR (recruitment, comben, people, performance, IR etc
- Make budgeting related to HR
- Make employee planning based on data from related departments
- Prepare data and make daily/weekly/monthly reports related to HR
- Responsible for the HR System, not only limited to using it, but also related to software updates, regulatory updates, system synchronization with applicable regulations and related institutions (BPJS, Tax) optimizing usage and so on
- Responsible for employee data & updates
- Responsible for processing and paying employee salaries, starting from preparing data, data input, calculations, approvals, payments, reporting & data storage
- Providing services to employees, not only limited to administration, including delivering information to those in need, counseling & coaching
- Handle labor issues, such as mediating disputes, directing disciplinary procedures, etc
- Provide input/advice to the manager/dept head regarding policies/procedures related to labor-related regulations
- Establish good relations with internal (all employees, branches, Dept Heads, Company Leaders) & External (BPJS vendors, taxes, employment, etc.)
- Prepare, reproduce, explain & distribute employee evaluations/assessments, as well as processing & reporting the assessment data
- Responsible for managing subordinates, managing & developing employees & improving the team
- Support / support other departments in relation to HK
- Carry out the tasks given by superiors properly.
Requirement :
- D3/S1 in Psychology / SDM / Communication
- Good in English
- Good Personality
- Experience in Microsoft Office,HR System Skill
- Leadership skill
- Communication skill
- Certified BNSP HR Supervisor is preferred
