ABOUT THE JOB :
We believe every day is still day one. Today is that day for you. We are looking for an exceptionally talented, bright and driven person to join our Human Resources team as a HR Partner. The HR Partner will be the front line HR representative to HoDs, Managers, Team Leaders in each HR area of responsibility. As an integral part of the HR team, you will help drive a positive experience through facilitating compliance activities and managing complex queries. You will address low-risk employee cases (including conflict resolutions) and support investigations for employee relations issues. In addition, you will partner with other HR partners to execute standard company-wide programs actively seeking opportunities to invent and simplify.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Support HoDs, Managers, Team Leads on HR related topics, incl. but not limited to : Establish and manage effective employee recruitment, on-board, and exit processes.
- Monitor various HR systems i.e.Time & Attendance. Performance Management System, HRIS as well as manage reporting deadlines as per GHQ guidelines to support Company Productivity and Efficiency.
- Identify and document legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Keep records of benefits plans participation such as insurance, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, Performance Reviews, and terminations.
- Support HR Projects as assigned.
COMPETENCIES :
- Minimum qualification of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with minimum GPA 3.30 or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- The sons and daughters from East Indonesia are prioritized
- High English proficiency both verbal and written
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Experienced with MS Office Suite, specifically Intermediate Excel knowledge
- Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and employment law
- Ability to collect, collate and analyze data
- Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality and protect sensitive HR information
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
