Job Requirements:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics, Finance/Accountancy, Human Resource Management, or related areas.
- At least 2 Years of working experience in Payroll handling >2,000 staffs
- Advance in calculation of Compensation and benefits, Incentive Systems, Work Scheduling, and other (related systems).
- Well-organized and able to multitask
- Good in HR Analytic, Having Good Knowledge in Updated Compensation Benefit area & Implementation
- Fluent in English, Ability to speak and/or write in Mandarin would plus point
- Willing to be place in Pluit, Jakarta Utara
Job Description:
- Do payroll operations by following policies and procedures, protecting employees’ information and keeping them confidential
- Responsible for collecting and computing payroll data from time sheets and other records (attendances, hours worked, overtime, unpaid leaves) and verifies them, wage computations in monthly payroll worksheets, finds discrepancies as well as detect and reconcile payroll
- Ensuring taxes comply with company and state regulations
- Preparing all document related with payroll report
- Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.
- Entering new employee data into the company database
