- Partners with leaders and leadership teams to identify people- and talent strategies as part of the overall plan.
- Brings insights to support the long-range business plans and provide HR solutions as appropriate.
- Executes relevant global HR/People agenda into your area of responsibility, ensuring alignment of the leaders and teams behind the plan.
- Accountable for total HR Service for specific business area, working with Centres of Excellence colleagues to deliver aligned and pragmatic HR solutions.
- Provides counsel and support to line managers on organisation, people and policy/ER issues.
- Translates strategic talent priorities into integrated talent plan appropriate for the business area, aligned and consistent with global talent approach. Leads the talent agenda for the business/function supported, partnering with Talent COE. Includes strategic recruitment.
- Ensures all annual People processes are implemented effectively by line managers (e.g., performance & talent reviews, reward).
- Partners with business leaders on various organisation transformation initiatives as appropriate, leveraging organisation design methodology & tools. Bring change management expertise to support leaders -effective communications, change impact and training plans, etc.
- In partnership with line leaders, drive and execute plans for employee engagement, effectively embed our BEST values and culture.
- Develops and executes Team and organisation effectiveness plans to ensure teams are working at an optimal level.
- Resolves ER/IR cases within business area covered, ensuring compliance with prevailing practices, policies and relevant labour laws.
Requirement
- Strong experience competencies in business partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with multiple stakeholders to drive timely and effective achievements of milestones under the People Agenda.
- Ability to influence at multiple organisation levels, has personal impact and credibility to effectively balance ‘challenge & support’.
- Has the credibility to coach and partner with key leaders at important stages of organisational change and personal transitions
- Ability to drive and support leaderships teams to make effective decisions, including using well developed facilitation skills
- Strong communication skills. Fluency in English (both oral and written) is essential.
- Ability to provide strong thought leadership and share knowledge through facts and data as well as expertise/ knowledge of Indonesian talent landscape, labour laws and culture/ norms.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop appropriate organisation/ people plans to drive commercial growth
- Experience in co-leading organisation/ business transformation initiatives
- Highly competent in all areas of HR – Talent Management, Total Rewards, Employee Experience, ER/IR, OD, OE, Leadership & Talent Development, etc.
- Proven ability to work as an integrated member of a business team – can give insight/opinion on wider range of business topics
- Previous experience of and has a passion for driving and embedding a culture of openness, communication and engagement
