Job Description :
· Reviewing, creating and controlling Company Regulations (PP)
· Establishing good relationships with Holding companies and Ketenagakerjaan
· Resolving problems related to labor
· Monitoring the management of personnel administration activities
· Monitoring the management of new employee evaluations (employee assessment results)
· Manage and develop the HRIS system
· Develop existing SOPs in the HR Services Department
· Carrying out reports regarding Department activities monthly, quarterly and annually
Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Law/Management/Psychology from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years in managerial level
- Preference will be given to those with knowledge and experience of Industrial and Employee Relation, Labor Law, HRIS, Human Resources
- Good ability in communicating at all levels of the organization, business partners, and management
- Have a good skill in Ms. Office, Labor Law, Employee cases
- Handled practice in sanctions for violating company regulations
- Competency required : Negotiation, Communication, Problem Solve
- Good command in English and able to work with Ms. Excel
