Qualification:
Min. Bachelor in Accounting/Economy
Experienced min. 5 year in related Payroll & Rewards Management
Comprehensive literacy on payroll practices and legislation (BPJS and tax relation)
Organized, detail-oriented and have great analytical skill
Job Description:
1. Accurately process employee payroll, benefits and deductions
2. Monitor and maintain employee payroll records, tax withholdings, and benefits deductions
3. Administer employee benefits program inc. BPJS Ketenegakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, Retirement Plans and Leave policies
4. Responsible for employee record maintenance
5. Update and maintain HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data
6. Educate employees on company benefit programs
