Responsible for recruiting talents, aligned with business goals and as requested by user
JOB DETAILS
- Responsible to fulfill manpower needs from all level with timely manner
- Conduct full cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, document check, etc.)
- Use best and available recruitment tools-techniques to screening qualified candidates
- responsible to create multimedia recruitment content
- Monitoring manpower fulfillment
- Provide weekly report relate to recruitment activity
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management
- Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment area (mandatory), preferably candidates with experience from headhunter
- Familiar with psychological test tools
- Fluency in English is required for this position
- Able to join within 1 month notice
