Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain organization structure, job description and KPIs to ensure all the job positions are accurate and up-to-date
- Perform job analysis, and workload analysis process to ensure the organizational effectiveness.
- Maintain and update HR policy & procedures to ensure all activity within the organization are comply with the standard procedures
- Administer performance evaluation process to ensure the implementation of performance management in the organization
- Maintain HR Information System to ensure employee database effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Having HR certifications is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Visio is mandatory.
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
