- Bachelor Degree (SDM or Pyscology Major)
- Attention to detail and had experince in Training Academy min 2 year
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Understand on Andragogi study system
- Understand TNA, LMS
- Able to work under pressure and target-oriented.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and understand to compile program and material training.
- Discipline
- Willing to be place in Kabupaten OKI – South Sumatera
- Speak English is a must
