Job Description:
- Handle full of HR activities which include manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance and talent management, training and development, discipline and any other related HR services.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Review and revise HR functions
- Ensure that HR process including performance management system are aligned with business goals
- Evaluate and monitor the implementation of company’s policy and regulation
- Manage employee career development and succession planning.
Requirement:
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience as Learning & Development or People Development
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft and Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Systems (HRIS).
- An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability
- Good in Managerial Team, Leadership, Negotiation and Communication Skill.
- Understand UU Cipta Kerja & UU Ketenagakerjaan No. 13 Tahun 2003
