What You Will Do
- Support the CBP to partner with Business leaders & People Business Partners to enable business outcomes by way of influencing decisions aligned with GoJek’s compensation philosophy
- Demonstrate understanding of Business priorities, challenges and partner to strengthen our ability to attract, grow and retain top talent
- Able to have a good collaboration with cross-functional partners including People & Culture (PAC), Business, Legal, Finance and other stakeholders on compensation decision & strategy
- Ability to crunch, analyze and metabolize Market & internal compensation data to drive compensation solutions with Business
- Provide good project leadership and focus on driving key outcomes
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to hire the very best talent in a challenging market
- As a member of the compensation team, be a key contributor and collaborator on a range of Compensation topics including but not limited to compensation planning, comp program administration, job architecture, etc
- Enhance communication and effectiveness of our compensation program
What You Will Need
- At least 6+ years of work experience in business partnering and/or developing & managing compensation programs and processes in a high-growth technology environment
- A good understanding of compensation best practices, current compensation trends, and market benchmark data
- Proven analytical skills, keen eye for detail, and truly in-depth knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets including building and maintaining complex models
- Experience communicating effectively across teams in markets, will be a plus point if one has experience across the region
- Good influencing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently when advising senior leaders
