Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collect and verify attendance data, absence and other information needed to calculate employee salary.
- Calculate and process employees salary in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Prepare and offer employee pay slips every payroll period.
- Manage salary deductions, such as income tax, BPJS contributions, employee loans, etc.
- Execute reconciliation and data verification to ensure accuracy of nominal payroll.
- Prepare reports related to salary and tax expenses every payroll period.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of employees payroll data.
Qualifications
- Minimum D3/S1 in any discipline (Human Resource Management, Administration, Accounting, or Economic would be an advantage).
- At Least 1 year experience in Compensation & Benefit or Payroll.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Understanding with government regulation of BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
- Hold Brevet A & B Certified would be an advantage.
