Job Description
- Manage BPJS Insurance: Prepare BPJS reports and payments.
- Manage employee attendance: check employee attendance, prepare employee attendance reports.
- Manage employment contracts: preparing new contracts or contract extensions for employees, and compiling reports.
Job Requirement
- Maximum 35 years old
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Required language: Mandarin (Minimum HSK 4)
- At least 4 Years of working experience in HR, preferably from multinational automobile/manufacture company
- Mastering HR Generalist Work
- Able to work multitasking
- Familiar with HR Information System
- Have a good Knowledge about BPJS, labor law
- Placement in Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta
