BCA Life is looking for a highly motivated talent with a positive attitude and critical thinking to take the position of HC Reward & System Officer.
Here are the challenges you must handle:
- Responsible for end to end of medium enterprise payroll process
- Support employees and improve employee experience by providing end to end HR solution to solve their issues
- Maintain updated employee’s database, document, and personal records
- Review and update procedures and policies related to Human Capital Operations
- Continually work on the enhancement of the employee lifecycle through process improvements, automation.
- Help scale various HR programs to create efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum possess a bachelor’s degree from any engineering background
- At least 3 years of experience in Payroll and HC Operations.
- Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence, and offboarding)
- Having experience in Industrial Relations would be an advantage
- High level of confidentiality and ethic
- Detail and goal oriented, furthermore excited at numbers and administrative data
- Excellence interpersonal and communication skills
