Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psyhology or Human Resource Management.
- Experienced as an HR Generalist for 2-3 years.
- Great communication and coordination skill.
- Able to handle multiple projects at once.
Responsibilities:
- Set the superior’s work agenda such as arranging meetings, presentation aids, business trips, and other needs so that the superior’s daily activities can run well.
- Organize documents and data in the department so that the administration is well managed, neat, orderly and easy to find if needed.
- Prepare data accompanied by analysis related to the entire HC spectrum in accordance with the business unit programs, to ensure the program is implemented properly and accurately.
- Prepare reports and presentations required by superiors in a complete, informative manner, including the results of a meeting so that operational activities can run well.
- Follow up with related parties (internal) for any data or documents that are outstanding or require approval, so that department administration is carried out accurately and according to the timeline.
