Key Responsibilites :
- Conduct recruitment and right placement in company in order to achieve company’s targets
- Trains new HR Recruiters
- Analyzes the cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements
- Doing assessment for selected candidates
- Interview (BEI & CBI)
- Conduct Candidate Clinical psychological assessment
Qualifications and Experience :
- Master Degree in Clinical/Industrial Psychology, overseas graduates are welcome
- Minimal 5 years working experience in Recruitment or Talent Management
- Familiar with assessment, psychological testing, interview technique and sourcing strategy
- Professional proficiency in English is a must
