Qualifications:
- University graduate, preferred in related human resources management.
- Min 2 years of experience in office management and HR Operations experience.
- Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and regulations is a bonus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office/365, including word, excel, power point and Outlook a must.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Proficiency in English both speaking and writing.
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities:
- Handle operational HR matters.
- Work with the line managers on their recruitment needs and ensure that the recruitment is in accordance with the manpower plan.
- Required to update and accurate maintenance of digital and electronic internal employee records.
- Supporting work pass application processes for foreign workers with liaising with government parties.
- Deliver HR services in an effective and efficient manner; identify and resolve HR issues if required.
- Provide support in the implementation of HR strategy and execution of any supporting programs.
- Supporting new hire onboarding and exiting process for internal employees.
- Ability to perform payroll tasks related to the input and reconciliation of timekeeping data, new hires, terminations, salary changes, compensation, and benefits payouts, in accordance with established operating procedures and deadlines.
