Job Descriptions:
– Partner with business leaders to provide guidance on HR-related matters and develop HR strategies that align with business objectives
– Manage and oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement
– Work closely with the learning and development team to ensure business leads have the right tools and support in place to manage their teams effectively
– Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
– Responsible for finding and providing candidates that suitable & qualified for the Sales Operation Department
– Contribute to HR-related projects and initiatives
Job Requirements:
– Min. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related field
– Minimal experience: 2 Years as HRBP / HR Operations / HR Generalist
– Must be comfortable working in an early stage to growth stage company and should be able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
– Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines & knowledge of Indonesia Labor Laws and Regulations
– Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong time management and priorities management skills
– Able to work with mobility work system
