JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Preparing employees’ compensation by the end of each month using Sunfish and SAP system
- Calculating bonuses and allowances
- Managing BPJS Health and BPJS Labor
- Calculating Income tax for Employee
- Report on payroll expenses
- Managing Medical Insurance
- Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Holds minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting/Economy or any related major is a MUST
- Minimum 7 years of working experience as Payroll staff
- Hands-on experience with HRIS (Sunfish) is a MUST
- Experienced with SAP is a plus
- Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
- Time-management skills
- Good command in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory
- Willing to be placed in SCBD, South Jakarta
