Resposibilities:
- Experiences end to end recruitment
- As PIC for Training Development
- Performance Management System
- Coordinate with employee to make close communication for people development
- Control Implementation of Training and Development Policies.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field
- Experience as HR Development at least 2 years.
- Prior experience working in fast paced and high-volume environment will be a huge advantage.
- Able to make SOP, Job Desc, and Organization Chart
- Able to make Training Need Analysis (TNA)
- Certified as Trainer of Training (ToT) will be an advantage
- Knowledgeable of basic HRM function and its general administration
- Experience in operation HRIS application system (Sunfish)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
