Qualifications:
• Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources related.
• At least 1 year experience as an HR Generalist.
• Preferably specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant service or equivalent.
• Maximum age of 27 years
• Expertise in Ms. Excel, Administration, and documentation.
• High analytical thinking, high accuracy, and high attention to detail.
Jobs Description:
• Perform administrative Processes related to payment of salary (Employee), attendance, overtime, and service charges. Include in administration process registration and updating of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and Pension fund.
• Prepare the required document for the payment process related to payroll
• Handling data into the HR system and maintenance of employee information. Include new hire, promotion, demotion, mutation, extension, and termination of contracts.
• Providing information to all levels of employees regarding changes or updates to the system, policies, procedures, and information.
• Identify training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation.
• Review job Descriptions and collaborate with the user to ensure the job description is aligned with the business process
• Updating employee job description annually.
