Design, build and implementation and review of the HR policies, procedures and practices across HR functions including IR/ER, Equal Employment Opportunity, performance management, remuneration, succession planning, learning & development, and recruitment
Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues, build partnerships.
Manage and capture all customer interactions via inbound phone, email, fax and written correspondence
Communicate customer issues to management and identify areas of opportunity
Working with senior management in the coordination of HR planning to ensure alignment with business objectives
Acting as a trusted advisor and business partner to managers within the organization in the provision of coaching, advice and assistance to achieve a balance between commercial requirements, risk and a positive people focused environment
Undertaking a lead role in negotiation and bargaining processes with employees and unions on industrial matters (particularly enterprise agreements) to ensure best organizational results are achieved
- Bachelor’s degree in Law / Human Resources Management / Psikology
- 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 years of HR Industrial Relation experience in a Oil & Gas Energy environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great verbal and written communications skills; not afraid to speak up when required, english is a plus
- Meticulous attention to detail, quality, and follow-through; strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite of software.
- Willing to work on any client area ( all around Java and outside Java )
