Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any fields
- Maximal 35 years old
- Proven experience 2 years in Compensation Benefits, tax pph 21
- Excellent in data management and outstanding skill in Excel
- Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
Job Description:
- Handle HRIS Systems Support & Administration, including day to day issue resolution;
- Maintain personnel record information, including payroll, leave accrual record, allowance, work contract information and other HR related data;
- Create, update, and oversee processes and workflows for HRIS systems and implement timely updates as changes occur with approval from HR Manager;
- Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for users, with approval from HR Manager;
- Provide new user training to HRIS and administrative processing for HR users;
