Job Description :
- Coordinate with HR Management & HR System via HR team in area of HRM, HRD and Labor relation
- Instruct and supervise HR Management & System
- Implement & ensure that current HR Policies and Labor Practices up-to-date and comply with labor law and local regulation
- Responsible for Employee Relation Engagement by creating good engagement activities with employees
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; training and development.
Qualification :
- Minimum Degree in Law/Psychology/Management/Business administration
- At least 5 years working experiences as HR an Employee Relations
- Good knowledge about Human Resources in general, recruitment, personnel administration, employee welfare, training & people development, company permit & legal document, industrial relation.
- Experience working in a union environment would be advantage
- Excellent skill in Microsoft Office & HR Application
- Well knowledge about labor / Manpower regulation in Indonesia.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
