Responsibilities :
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc
- Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
- Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
Requirements :
- Maximum 32 years old
- Bachelor Degree majoring Psychology or Management with experience in the same field at least 1 years
- Have knowledge of UU Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan
- Excellent Communication English (if mastering Mandarin is a plus)
- Have good analytical skills, can communicate well, and can work under pressure
