Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources (all major)
- Minimum five years (5) experience in a similar role
- Strong Business acumen, strategy thinking, independent with the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Communicative and strong planning and organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage changing priorities, handle multiple projects
- Deep understanding about job description, SOP, Performance Appraisal, and work load analysis
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the planning process to evaluating employee performance both quarterly and annually
- Conduct a review and evaluation of employee performance appraisal schemes (quarterly/annually) in order to improve the performance appraisal process
- Supervise the process of updating and documenting job descriptions
- Carry out the Talent Management process according to the company’s needs
- Supervise the documentation of the organizational structure of the head office and branch offices
- Facilitating the employee promotion process according to a predetermined period
- Develop and update policies company operations related to employment in accordance with Company Regulations and applicable laws
- Ensuring employee development programs in order to achieve the set performance targets
