Job Descriptions:
- Develop policies/procedures/standards for all activities related to assessment, and employee development to suit the organization’s needs
- To support HR strategy in analyzing and providing services in the organizational structures, analyze manpower, competency, career planning ,performance indicator and operating procedures that suitable to organization’s vision, mission and strategy
- Ensure that position mapping is entered into the HRIS system, and all registered positions have a job description
Requirement:
- Maximum 26 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 1-years of working experience in the OD & Assessment field (Job Description, KPI, or Organization Structure, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with people at all levels, including presentation skills and communication in English – both verbal and written.
- Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta
