- Preparing employees’ compensation by the end of each month using HRIS system
- Calculating Payroll, Allowance, and THR
- Managing BPJS Health and BPJS Labor
- Calculating Income tax for employee
- Report on Payroll expenses
- Managing Medical Insurance
- Answer questions about compensation benefits, taxes, and insurance deductions
- Maintain personnel record information, including payroll, leave accrual record, allowance, and other HR related data
- Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similiar system operations and settings for users, with approval from HR Operation Manager
- Provide new user training to HRIS System and administrative processing for HR users
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor degree in any fields
- 35 years old
- Proven experience 2 years in Compensation Benefit Payroll
- Excellent in data management annd outstanding skill in Excel
- Aptitude for problem solving and thorought knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical system, when necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
