Requirement
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Organization Development, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior and Psychology or relevant disciplines
- Min 4 years of working experience in Industrial Relation or HR Representative. Experience in handling HR for Retail or F&B Business is a plus.
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, which covers, but not limited to: Organizational Development, People Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Strategic Compensation Management, Culture & Engagement. Knowledge of Indonesia Labor Laws and Regulations is a must
- Understanding handling GA Matter (understand BPJS)
- Ability to multi–task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills;
Responsibilities
- Manage and support HR in area
- Maintain effective relationships and communication between Human Resources Division with stakeholders, employee with employee and Human Resources with employee to ensure positive work environment
- Analyze legal issues, industrial disputes, new regulations and any other related to the labor law and company regulation
- Focusing on control area of Information Security, Continuity of Business, HR Operations Process Control (Onboarding, Employee Life Cycle, Offboarding, ComBen Administrative, and Payroll) and Manager Control Assessment
- Resolve and anticipate disputes involving management, employees or government agencies
