Job Description:
- Register and terminate BPJS for all employees (Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan)
- Prepare and proceed documents for accidents claim
- Maintain database BPJS
- Prepare and update documents of employee i.e employment contracts, personnel data
- Helping employee to get information about BPJS
Requirement:
- Minimum Associate Degree in any majors
- Experience with HR software like HRIS or HRMS
- Proficien in using Ms. Excel (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUM, AVERAGE)
- Preferable good in communication, able to speak in English would be an advantage
- Adaptive, agile, detail and target oriented
- Can join immediately
- Willing to be placed in Cibitung, West Java
