Requirements :

- Previous experience in indsutrial and organizational pyschology

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

Job Description :
- Source, interview, and hire qualified personnel
- Develop and implement onboarding processes
- Assess employee performance and recommend development plans
- Manage employee compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Assist with payroll and record keeping
- Resolve employee conflicts and complaints
