Job Scope:
- Act as front liners and first point of contact to resolve HR related matters within the prevailing policy & procedures, and manage employees’ expectations in region.
- Control and monitor the implementation of HR agenda (people development, manpower planning, industrial relation, employee engagement, etc).
- Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated region. The HRBP serves as a consultant and liaison to management on HR related issues.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, management, psychology, other related major from reputable university.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years’ experience resolving complex employee relations issues. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
- Proven work experience as an HR business partner.
- Has a good relationship with the government, labour office, industrial relations court, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Analytical and goal oriented.
- Working experience in the plantation sector would be added advantage.
- Willing to work in remote area.
